When I fell in love with Tinga Tinga
Few years ago, whilst watching Tinga Tinga Tales cartoon on TV with my 5 years old daughter, I wondered where this beautifully drawn cartoon, telling legends about African wild animals, was coming from. I searched online and read all about some representatives from BBC acquiring in more or less debatable way the the worldwide eternal rights to use these animal for their business.
I fell in love with the unique style, with the very powerful colours and with the animals and flower dancing all together on the canvas.
I managed to get myself 6 paintings (sizes ranging from 60 to 100 cm) a carpenter friend framed them for me and since then 5 out of 6 are warming our home in Finland where my daughter and I live in the middle of a beautiful forest.
Wherever we sit we see Tinga Tinga paintings and they make us smile, happy and feeling home and this is why I decided to import Tinga Tinga paintings to Finland and neighbouring countries.
I'm Italian and with my daughter we split our lives between Finland, Italy and in due time we will return back to Namibia, my daughter's motherland. Therefore if you want your painting shipped somewhere else just drop me an email.
